@femi: While we await those vital specifics seun has asked you to provide, here are a few things you need:
1. you need to know if your phone supports this (the reason for seun's question above)
2. 2. you need to know whether your network operator supports this (for same reason as above)
3. one of data cable/port or infrared or bluetooth on both your phone and PC
4. you need to know how you will be billed

Mr Admin,
This is why you should encourage people to register before commenting. A guest is not likely to come back if he did not register.
I do not feel like commenting since this fellow has not replied and answered the above questions. The fellow obviously needs to know more.
What kind of connection are we talking about? CSD? HSCSD? GPRS? EDGE? UMTS?
Infrared? cable connection? Bluetooth?

Since the initial poster has absconded, we might as well put a few general guidelines here.
At the moment, only 2 GSM networks (MTN and Glo) officially support using your mobile line as a modem to browse the Net on your PC. The CDMA networks that support this include: Multi-links, MTS 1st Wireless, Reltel, and Starcomms.
Connect your phone to your PC.
Open Control Panel. Select modem. Click "Add" and follow the instructions. That should set up your phone as a modem.

Please get me the list of how i can pay my bills on the starcomms phone when am connected to the internet and list the duration.
