ABOUT N400 million is to be refunded by telecommunications operator, MTN, to its customers who were illegally charged N100 each to migrate to per second billing (PSB).
How will they go about this? Through Sms, Voice calls or extra balance worth N100?

Probably extra balance. Of course, this is useless without some extra validity period. I don't think they'll feel it.

MTN will not refund, just a paper report, they are just to milk us here.

MTN is perhaps learning that WE are the ones making them such a profitable company, they should do more of that, i got refunded N100 as well on my MTN line, not like i use it much nowadays though...... with the prowess of GLO and the 'All about you' guys......

In my case I would say MTN 'dashed' me a hundred Naira 'cos they didn't charge me for migrating to psb in the first place, finally I get to 'chop' their money ![]()

Like Angel, I'm yet to receive mine. I guess I'll only be credited with the 100 naira when I recharge again. which I don't see myself doing for weeks to come. With Glo in the air, who needs MTN? I got my 35 coming in 2 days' time remember!

I thought MTN was waiting for me to recharge before they could send the N100 they stole from me when i switched over to per second, but just yesterday, i recieved a txt message from MTN and my credit was topped up by N100, but i cant use it cos it came without validity, until i recharge, i guess. Anyhow, i thank God they are sitting up.
